Marksville Elementary School will be holding their annual Trick-R-Treat Alley on Monday, October 28th from 5:30 -7:00 pm. Children will Trick-or-Treat at 20 plus stations located throughout the school, visit the haunted house, and get a delicious hotdog. Price of admission is $5.00 per trick-r-treater. The Avoyelles Adult Education Center in will be at the Haas Auditorium in Bunkie on Oct. 16 at 8:30 to register those interested in taking an online HiSET class (High School Equivalency Test). To register, students will have to complete a registration packet and placement test. More information regarding the online class will be presented at the time of registration.
